High Level Group on Regulation
Following the acceptance by Government of the OECD report in April 2001, a High Level Group on Regulation was established.
Two sub-groups of the High Level Group were also established. The National Policy Statement Sub-group published its Consultation Document "Towards Better Regulation".
Another sub-group was established to develop a model of Regulatory Impact Analysis appropriate to the Irish situation.
